Acceptable Use Policy
Relco works because clinics use it responsibly. This policy keeps the service safe and trusted for everyone who touches it.

You agree not to
- Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
- Message people without valid consent, or ignore opt-out requests.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, or content prohibited by carriers (such as messages tied to illegal products, hate, or adult content where restricted).
- Use Relco to give medical, dosing, or treatment advice, or to misrepresent what the assistant is.
- Upload data you have no right to use, or that includes sensitive records the service is not meant to hold.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Resell or sublicense the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Messaging conduct
If you send messages through Relco, you are responsible for valid consent, accurate sender identity, honoring STOP requests, and following TCPA and carrier (A2P/10DLC) rules. Details are in our Messaging Terms.
Enforcement
If we believe use breaks this policy or risks harm to people, carriers, or the service, we may limit, suspend, or end access, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities. Repeated or serious violations can result in termination under our Terms of Service.
