Messaging Terms

These terms cover the SMS, WhatsApp, and social messages Relco sends and receives on behalf of the clinics that use it. They follow TCPA and US carrier (A2P/10DLC) rules.

The program

When a med spa uses Relco, Relco sends and replies to messages on that clinic's behalf - confirming consults, answering questions, and following up on inquiries. Each clinic operates as the sender; Relco is the platform that delivers the messages.

Your consent

By giving a clinic your mobile number - for example, when you call, text, message, or fill in a form - you agree to receive text messages from that clinic through Relco about your inquiry and appointments. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may receive a message confirming your opt-in.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation, then no further texts unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact the clinic directly. You can also email hello@relcoai.com.

If you opt out, we honor it promptly across the clinic's messaging. Opting out of texts does not cancel any appointment you have booked - contact the clinic to change that.

Your privacy

We never sell your phone number, and we never share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. Mobile data is used only to deliver the messages you agreed to and to support and secure the service. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

For clinics using Relco

If you are a clinic, you are responsible for collecting valid consent before messaging your customers, for honoring opt-outs, and for messaging in line with TCPA, carrier rules, and your subscription terms. Relco provides the opt-out handling and consent tooling; lawful use of your contact lists is yours to maintain.
